  • Do you take reservations?
    Yes. Natchez Hills Vineyard & Winery takes reserations for tastings Wednesday-Sunday. All tastings and seating are on a first-come first-served basis inside the tasting building at The Natchez Hills Winery at The Market. If you are coming with a group of eight or more we ask that you make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. You can make a reservation on our home page for either one of our Tasting Rooms.
  • Do you sell wine on Sundays?
    Yes
  • Do you sell food or have a restaurant?
    We do not have a restaurant at our Vineyard. We do however sell crackers, summer sausage, salami, assorted olives, and gourmet cheeses along with Truffles made for us by Tempered Chocolates.
  • Do you have tastings every day?
    Natchez Hills Vineyard is open Wed-Sun 12pm-5pm. The Tasting Room at The Market is open daily.
  • Do you sell by the glass?
    Yes, you may purchase either by the bottle or by the glass.
  • Can you get multiple discounts at one time?
    Unfortunately, We can only apply one discount at during check out.
  • Do you do tours?
    No. We do not do tours at this time.
  • Are you family friendly?
    We are a winery that caterers to adults over the age of 21. While kids are welcome to visit with parents we respectfully ask that you keep them with you at all times and not allow them to roam the property unsupervised. Our grounds are not designed as a kid play area. We also cannot allow children to be at the bar during tastings.
  • Are you pet friendly?
    Yes. Pets are welcome on the property as long as they stay on a leash. We do not allow pets inside our Tasting Rooms.
  • Is there a fee to take professional photos on your property?
    Natchez Hills Vineyard does require a fee for a photo session, unless it is for one of our weddings.
  • Can we bring sports equipment to play with on the property?
    No. For the safety of all of our guests we do not allow it.
  • Do you allow kites to be flown on the property?
    No
  • Are picnics allowed?
    Yes. However, we do not allow picnics during events if food is available for purchase.
  • Do you have refrigerator space available?
    No
  • Can we bring fireworks or sparklers?
    No
  • Do you have any ice available?
    No
  • Can we bring other wine or outside alcohol?
    No
  • Can we bring outside beverages?
    No, we do not allow outside beverages. We have juice, water, and/or sodas available for purchase inside our Tasting Room.
  • Can I book a private party?
    Yes. Please call the tasting room that you are inquiring about for more information.
  • Do you have weddings?
    No.
  • Do you have a mailing list?

  • How do I get there?

  • Is Parking Free?
    All parking is free.
  • Are you handicapped accessible?
    Yes. We suggest however, that anyone needing assistance be dropped off near the side of the Tasting Room (Natchez Hills Vineyard).
  • How do you handle tastings for large groups?
    All tastings and seating are on a first-come first-served basis. Because we have limited space at our tasting bar, we ask that any groups larger than 10 to make a reservation prior to their visit to ensure that they can all taste at one time.
  • What are your hours?
    Natchez Hills Vineyard is open Fri-Sun 12pm-5pm and Monday-Thursday by appt. only. Natchez Hills Winery at The Market is open Sunday-Wednesday 11am - 4pm and Thursday- Saturday 11am - 7pm. The Hermitage is open Thursday-Monday 10am-5pm. ​ Hours are subject to change during the holidays.
  • Once the tasting room closes, can we still hang out on the deck or in the courtyard?"
    No. About 30 minutes before closing, one of our employees will go around to let you know that you have 30 minutes to make any final purchases or use our indoor restrooms.
  • Are you open all year round?
    Yes. Natchez Hills Winery is open all year except major holidays throughout the entire year.
  • Do you ship wine?
    Yes. This will however depend on the state being shipped to.
  • Do you donate wine for charity events?
    Yes. We do not, however, donate wine to POUR at events. Email us for more information on donations.
  • Do you have gift certificates?
    Yes. Click here for more information.
  • Do you have any job opportunities?
    Occasionally Natchez Hills Winery will be looking for staff for one of our tasting rooms. We may also hire contract staff for festivals and events. Click here to email your resume to us.
  • When is the best time to see grapes on the vines?
    August is the best month to see the grapes on the vines.
  • When do you typically harvest the grapes?
    We harvest our grapes between September 1st and mid-October.
  • Do your wines contain sulfites?
    Yes
  • How can I get booked to play at Natchez Hills Winery?
    If you are still interested in being considered as one of our artists, please email your information to info@natchezhills.com along with your contact information and website.
  • Do you allow smoking?
    Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas. We also ask that you discard your cigarettes in the designated buckets in that area.
  • Can we bring a grill?
    No
  • Can we reserve tables if I have a large group coming to an event in the Event Hall at Natchez Hills Vineyard?
    We welcome large groups of any kind to our winery. Should you want tables reserved, please make a reservation on our home page for Natchez Hills Vineyard & Winery or you can contact us at (931)285-2500 and let us know the other parties in your group and how many people are in your party total. We will do our best to try and accommodate your group.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy for ticket holders for events?
    All ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.

UNDER AGE DRINKING - It is illegal for anyone under 21 years of age to consume and/or purchase our wines. Arrington Vineyards requires all guests wanting to consume and/or purchase wine to show a valid proof of age.
