Thank you for contacting Natchez Hills Winery with your donation request. We are a family owned and
operated business in Hampshire, TN and take pride in supporting our local community.
Requests are limited to three charitable events per year. We unfortunately are not able to
accommodate any out-of-area or out-of-state request at this time. All donations must be picked
up at the winery by the requesting party.
Please submit all requests by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow at least
one week for a response. All responses will be given in email to those requests that are
approved. Please include the following information in your request:
-Donation Request in the subject line
-Description/mission of the organization
-Date, time and location of event
-Description of how item will be used (auction, raffle, door prize, etc.)
-Verification of 501(c)3 (non-profit status)
-Contact name, telephone number and complete street address
Requests must be made at least 6 months in advance of the event date.
Natchez Hills Winery has a limited number of items we can donate per year. We try to
accommodate all requests made within the guidelines outlined above but cannot guarantee that a
donation will be made to your organization.
Natchez Hills Winery usually does not make contributions to religious, fraternal, political, labor,
schools, social, as well as conferences, newsletters, and magazines.
