Q.  Is the Bed and Breakfast located on the same grounds as the Vineyard & Winery?
A.  The Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast is not located on the same grounds as the Vineyard & Winery.  The Bed & Breakfast is located three miles from the Natchez Hills Vineyard & Winery and is located 3/4 of a mile from Amber Falls Winery.  (The B&B is located in Hampshire, TN and not in Nashville, TN)
 
Q.  How do I make a reservation?
A.  The real-time, secure reservation system on our website, allows you to book on-line. You can also make your reservation by phone.
 
Q.   How do I secure a reservation?
A.  To secure your reservation we will need a Credit Card at the time you make the Reservation.  Your Credit Card will not be charged until two days before your arrival.  A Credit Card and relative information will be taken for every reservation and kept on file regardless of method of final payment or the use of a Gift Certificate or Charitable Donation Gift Certificate, etc. 
 
Q.  What is your Cancellation Policy?
A.  We require a 72 Hour Cancellation Policy (no exeptions).  As a small independently owned B&B, cancellations affect us dearly.  We understand that plans change at the last minute.  We hope you understand that, as a small B&B with limited availability, we must enforce our cancellation policy.
 
Q.  Is breakfast included with my stay at Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast?
A.  A full homemade breakfast prepared by our host is included at no additional charge for guests staying at the B&B.  We serve breakfast in the Main House dining room at 9:00am.
 
Q.  Do you provide for special dietary needs?
A.  Guests needing Special Assistance and/or Dietary Needs, please advise staff at the time the reservation is made.  We do not have a Gluten Free Kitchen.  
 
Q.  What amenities will be available with my B&B room?
A.  We offer complimentary Wi-Fi (satellite internet); a private bathroom with soap, shampoo and hair dryer; a mini-fridge; coffee makers and a Bose CD Alarm Clock/Radio.   There are no TVs in the guest rooms.
 
Q. Is Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfasts open year round?
A. Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast will be closed from November 1, 2016 thru March 1, 2017.
 
Q.  Does Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast have a minimum night stay requirement?
A.  We offer nightly stays for the B&B rooms.  Check our availability calendar for specific dates and rates or give us a call.
 
Q.  When is Check-in and Check-out?
A.  Check-in starts at 3:00pm.  If you are going to arrive after 5:00pm please call the hostess (number is listed on your confirmation email) so we can give you instructions for late arrival. Check-out is 11am.
 
Q.  Where is Check-in?
A.  Check-in starts at 3:00pm at the Natchez Hills Vineyard & Winery located at 109 Overhead Bridge Rd., Hampshire, Tn. 38461.  If you are going to arrive after 5:00pm please call the hostess (number is listed on your confirmation email) so we can give you instructions for late arrival. Check-out is 11am.
 
Q.  Does Natchez Hills offer discounts?
A.  Yes, please check out our specials page for a list of our current specials.
 
Q: I have a Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast gift certificate that is about to expire. What do I do?
A: As long as your reservation is before the certificate expires, we will honor it. Once the certificate expires, however, we will not be able to change the date or room reserved.  As stated on each certificate, the certificate expires one year from the date of issue.
 
Q.  Can Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast accommodate my children and pets?
A.  Children 10 years and over may stay at Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast when accompanied by their parents.  As much as we love our furry cat and dog friends, we cannot accommodate pets at all.
 
Q.  Is smoking permitted?
A.  Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast rooms are smoke free.  Smoking is permitted outside.  We do ask that if you smoke to please pick up after yourself.
 
Q.  May I bring a alcohol to consume during my visit?
A.  Alcohol consumption in moderaton is permitted, however for the privacy and enjoyment of other registered guests, excessive consumption and abusive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in you being asked to leave. 
 
Q.  Can we use candles or incense in our rooms during our stay?
A.  Candles and incense are not allowed in guest rooms or on patios or decks for insurance and security reasons.
 
Q.  Can we cook food over the fireplace in the Coal Miner's Cabin?
A.  Cooking food on or over the fire in the cabin's fireplace is not allowed.
 
Q.  Can we bring fire pits or grills to use during our stay?
A.  Fire pits and grills are not allowed in guest rooms or on patios or decks for insurance and security reasons.
 
Q: Is there a fee to take professional photos on your property?
A: Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast does require a fee for a photo session, unless it is for one of our weddings.
 
Q.  Are there Rules?
A.  Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast has one rule, “RESPECT.” Please treat our B&B exactly the way you would like to be treated. Guests are responsible for excessive damages to or beakage of the B&B's property.  Final expenses will be based upon actual documented costs, plus any lost income. If an accident does occur in any Bed & Breakfast during your stay, please inform the hosts as soon as possible.
 
Q.  Do the innkeepers live in the Main House?
A.  Natchez Hills Bed & Breakfast is home to the innkeeprs that run it. Please remember that this is somebody's home and treat it with respect.  Please do not arrange anything or remove anything from the house.  Furnishings are the personal belongings of the innkeepers.
